For Rias Car Rentals LLC owners and authorized staff only. Guests are not subscribed to this program, and submitting a rental request does not opt anyone in to text messages.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or renting a vehicle. This invitation is limited to the owner/staff alert program; it does not enroll customers in rental or marketing texts.

Information we collect
When you submit a rental request or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, age, rental dates, vehicle preference, rental purpose and any message you include. If you share driver's license or insurance documents, we collect those only to process your rental.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, confirm availability and pricing, prepare rental paperwork, and communicate about your rental. We do not sell your personal information.
Sensitive documents
Driver's license and insurance documents are handled as confidential, stored privately, and accessed only by staff who need them to complete your rental. Providing documents online is optional; you may present them at pickup instead.
Google Ads measurement and advertising choices
We use Google Ads to measure successful rental requests and support advertising optimization. When advertising measurement is permitted, Google receives advertising click identifiers, cookie information, browser/device information, public page information and a rental-request event with a unique request reference. We preserve campaign parameters and permitted click identifiers with your request. We do not send your name, phone, email, payment details, driver's license or insurance documents for customer matching.
In regions requiring consent, including the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Canada (where province information is unavailable), advertising stays blocked until you accept. If your region cannot be determined, the same rule applies. Elsewhere ordinary advertising measurement is enabled unless you reject it or an applicable browser opt-out is present. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track as advertising opt-outs.
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to accept, reject or withdraw advertising permission. Opening settings does not change your current choice. Changes apply immediately, including in other open tabs. Earlier blocked events are never replayed after acceptance. Your browser retains the visitor reference, choices, timestamp, region and notice shown, including earlier acceptance when you later withdraw. Submitted requests retain a reference to the choice and region at submission.

Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website and communicate with you, and when required by law or to protect our rights and vehicles.

Automated SMS messages in this program are internal booking-request notifications for opted-in Rias Car Rentals LLC owners and authorized staff only. Guests do not receive automated texts from this program. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to deliver and operate the alert service. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
