Information on this website — including pricing, vehicle descriptions and policies — is provided for general guidance and may change without notice. Starting prices exclude insurance, and vehicle availability and rates may vary.
Rental requests
Submitting a rental request through this website does not create a reservation or guarantee vehicle availability. A rental is confirmed only after a Rias Car Rentals representative contacts you and you complete the required rental process.
Rental agreement governs
Each rental is governed by the written rental agreement signed at pickup. If anything on this website differs from the signed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.
Eligibility
Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license. Insurance, deposit and payment requirements are described on our Rental Policies page and confirmed at reservation.
Vehicle photos
Vehicle photos are representative. Exact year, make, model, color and trim may vary based on availability.
Third-party platforms
References to rideshare and delivery platforms are for identification only. Rias Car Rentals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of those companies. Customers are responsible for meeting their platform's vehicle requirements.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
