Rental Policies

Minimum Age

Renters must be 21 or older.

Driver's License

A valid driver's license is required.

Insurance

Proof of qualifying insurance is required unless the customer obtains an available rental protection option through Rias.

Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required depending on the renter and rental circumstances.

Unlimited Mileage

Unlimited mileage is available on rentals, including qualifying gig-driver rentals.

Fuel

Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level provided at pickup.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.

Pets

Pets are prohibited in rental vehicles.

Travel

Vehicles are intended for use within Georgia. Contact Rias Car Rentals before any travel that could conflict with the rental agreement.

Late Returns

Late-return charges may apply depending on the circumstances.

Extensions

Rental extensions may be requested. Extensions are subject to approval and vehicle availability.

Cancellation

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Roadside Assistance

Roadside assistance is available during designated support hours. Customers experiencing a vehicle issue should call or text Rias Car Rentals.
